Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or HR Management
• Min 1 year experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
• Familiar with various candidate sourcing methods (Linkedin, Job portal, etc)
• Having good knowledge of employee recruitment / psychological tools & BEI
• Having good communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent
